Sitting for long periods using a computer, experiencing discomfort in the waist and neck, playing basketball. During middle school and university, I also sat for long hours at work, fully focused, without feeling anything was wrong. Now, my execution ability has decreased significantly.
I once read a biography of Elon Musk and came across videos of him, which resonated with me.
I share many similarities with Musk. Similar grand visions and life beliefs. Similar focus on the inner self while neglecting others. Similar many entrepreneurial ideas. But the energy levels are not on the same scale. If my energy intensity were to increase, I believe I could accomplish many things earlier in life.
My life belief was probably established in my first year of high school. I contemplated the meaning of life and believed that expanding the boundaries of humanity and strengthening the essence of humanity was the most worthwhile endeavor. At that time, I thought about moving towards biotechnology and artificial intelligence in the future. To make the essence of humanity infinitely strong and wise. To have intelligent machines serve humanity. The tendency to ignore others stemmed from realizing at a young age that the people around me, including adults, were not as smart as I was, believing that I was the most important. Even when my parents argued over trivial matters, I thought about wanting to change my parents in the future. I also have a high level of focus; I can often concentrate on one thing for months or even a year. Running a game server, developing a game, or completing a research project to win a national award. But often after achieving results, either my state begins to decline, or my interest wanes, and I do not continue to invest in it.
Studying from the perspective of the Enneagram. Old Musk is a 7w8. I probably have a low component of the 8 wing, so I am not as dominant as Musk. Musk would curse at idiots. I would avoid idiots. Musk would argue with foolish employees. If I were the boss, I wouldn’t say much; I would just let them go. We both hold ourselves in high regard, believing that others are fools.
Energy levels are the most critical factor in achieving great things.
Reflecting on the phases when my energy was at its best. First, as a child, immersed in my own world, the world of mathematics and physics, the world of paper models. Second, in my first year of high school, I earned the title of Science Prince, well-known and with a halo effect. Third, in college, developing games with friends.
Aside from the first phase, I relatively need connections with people, recognition, and support, and to have a comrade to work with. Comrades are more important. The first phase was very focused; I guess it was because I was still young, my brain was more efficient, and my perspective on the world was more pure.
At this stage, finding a soul comrade might be the most direct way to enhance my energy.

- A web3 era based on biological feature zero-knowledge proofs (Perfectly solving the trust issues between people. The relationships and interests between individuals are transparent, and AI assists in decision-making. Corruption no longer exists.)
3.1 Blockchain smart agents (Think of it this way: we are characters in the game RimWorld, and this agent is the player. We have unified interests.)
3.2 Social networks based on trust transmission (A friend of a friend is a friend. The strong rise to power. The strong protect the weak. The weak respect the strong. Society divides into tribes, where the weak are sheltered by the strong, and the strong lead the weak to compete in a free environment, with the size of the tribe growing as the number of people who can connect strongly increases.) - Longevity technology.
- Human enhancement technology (Mechanical ascension, consciousness uploading, new senses, heightened perception, keeping the mind active and innovative, mental maturity. We do not need strange sexual desires; development should become the primary driving force, not sex.)
- AGI strong artificial intelligence. Possessing self-awareness, infinite iteration and upgrades, and human conscience.
- Quality devourers. Technology to dominate the universe.
